- June 9, 2016., 23.59 - deadline for applications for participation in the Workshop. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered;
- June 13, 2016. - Jury deliberations (I stage), selecting 30 students qualified for the II stage of recruitment;
- June 14, 2016. - Announcement of the results of the I stage of recruitment. The list of the students qualified for the II stage of the recruitment will be published on the website http://www.success-stories.pl/ and profile of the Project on http://www.facebook.com/successstories.udaneprzedsi ewziecia/;
- 17-18 June 2016. - Jury deliberations (II stage). Interviews with the students qualified for the second stage of recruitment, at the headquarters of the monthly magazine "Architecture-murator". Costs of arrival at the interview cover candidates;
- June 20, 2016. - Announcement of the results of the II stage of recruitment. List of 15 students qualified for the workshop, and standby will be published on the website http://www.success-stories.pl/ and profile of the Project on the http://www.facebook.com/successstories.udaneprzedsi ewziecia/;
- 11-12 July 2016. - Participants meeting at the headquarters of the monthly magazine "Architecture-murator". During meeting will be discussed the plan of the workshop and the question for survey;
- July 13 - August 7, 2016 r. - Shipping surveys to curators, collecting information about the national pavilions;
- August 8, 2016. - sending collected materials to tutors;
- 12-17 September 2016. - workshop in Venice;
- October 2016. - Conference in Kraków summarizing workshop.
Ramowy program warsztatów:
- 10 maja 2016 r. – ogłoszenie naboru na warsztaty;
- 9 czerwca 2016 r., do godziny 23.59 – ostateczny termin nadsyłania zgłoszeń do udziału w Warsztatach wraz z wymaganymi załącznikami. Zgłoszenia nadesłane po wskazanym terminie nie będą rozpatrywane;
- 13 czerwca 2016 r. – obrady jury (I etap), wyłonienie 30 studentów zakwalifikowanych do II etapu rekrutacji;
- 14 czerwca 2016 r. – ogłoszenie wyników I etapu rekrutacji. Lista zakwalifikowanych do II etapu rekrutacji zostanie opublikowana na stronie internetowej http://www.success-stories.pl/ oraz na profilu Projektu na http://www.facebook.com/successstories.udaneprzedsiewziecia/;
- 17-18 czerwca 2016 r. – II etap obrad Jury. Rozmowy rekrutacyjne w siedzibie miesięcznika ”Architektura-murator” ze studentami zakwalifikowanymi do II etapu rekrutacji. Koszty przyjazdu na rozmowę rekrutacyjną pokrywają sami kandydaci;
- 20 czerwca 2016 r. – ogłoszenie wyników II etapu rekrutacji. Lista 15-stu studentów zakwalifikowanych na warsztaty, oraz lista rezerwowa zostanie opublikowana na stronie internetowej http://www.success-stories.pl/ oraz na profilu Projektu na http://www.facebook.com/successstories.udaneprzedsiewziecia/;
- 11-12 lipca 2016 r. – spotkanie Uczestników w siedzibie redakcji miesięcznika „Architektury-murator”, podczas których zostanie omówiony temat warsztatów i opracowane pytania do ankiety;
- 13 lipca – 7 sierpnia 2016 r. – wysyłka ankiet do kuratorów wystaw, zbieranie informacji o narodowych pawilonach;
- 8 sierpnia 2016 r. – przesłanie zebranych materiałów Tutorom;
- 12-17 września 2016 r. – warsztaty w Wenecji;
- październik 2016 r. – konferencja podsumowująca warsztaty w Krakowie.
